Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using the JournEZ application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

 

3. Use of the App

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

  • Account Registration: You may need to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

    • Using the App for any illegal purpose.

    • Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the App without our prior written consent.

    • Interfering with or disrupting the App's operation or security.

    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.

 

4. User Content

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

  • Content Guidelines: You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

 

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of JournEZ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use any such content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

  • No Warranties: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, JournEZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mississippi, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
